Seattle, WA Full-time $95k - $130k + commission

Responsibilities

  • · Onboard new enterprise accounts ($25k+ ACV)
  • · Run quarterly business reviews with key customers
  • · Drive expansion revenue and reduce churn
  • · Partner with product and support teams to advocate for customer needs

Requirements

  • · 3+ years in customer success at a B2B SaaS company
  • · Marketing/SEO domain knowledge strongly preferred
  • · Excellent verbal + written communication
  • · Proven track record hitting net retention targets
