Responsibilities
- · Onboard new enterprise accounts ($25k+ ACV)
- · Run quarterly business reviews with key customers
- · Drive expansion revenue and reduce churn
- · Partner with product and support teams to advocate for customer needs
Requirements
- · 3+ years in customer success at a B2B SaaS company
- · Marketing/SEO domain knowledge strongly preferred
- · Excellent verbal + written communication
- · Proven track record hitting net retention targets
