Return & Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All plans (Starter, Pro, Business) include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of the Pro and Business plans. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email hi@canadastore.shop within 30 days of your initial subscription and we will issue a full refund.

The Starter plan is non-refundable after the trial ends, but you can cancel anytime to avoid renewal.

3. Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but will not auto-renew if canceled before the renewal date.

4. Enterprise Agreements

Refunds for Enterprise contracts are governed by the terms of your individual Master Service Agreement (MSA). Contact your dedicated CSM or hi@canadastore.shop.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel from your Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription at any time. You retain full access until the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5-10 business days. Bank processing time may add 1-3 additional days.

7. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are not refundable:

• API overage charges already incurred
• Add-on credits already consumed
• Custom development or onboarding services that have been delivered

8. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at hi@canadastore.shop before initiating a chargeback. We respond within 24 hours on business days and can resolve most issues directly.
