Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using outrank.so (the "Service"), operated by outrank.so, Inc. with offices at 410 Terry Avenue North, Seattle, WA 98109-5210, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hi@canadastore.shop.

3. Subscriptions

The Service is billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current period. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Crawl websites or systems you don't own or lack permission to crawl
• Engage in black-hat SEO practices that violate Google's guidelines
• Resell access to the Service without an Enterprise agreement
• Reverse-engineer or scrape outrank.so's own data and tools
• Send spam or unsolicited communication using our generated content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content and AI outputs delivered to you) are owned by outrank.so, Inc. AI-generated content delivered through the AI Article Writer becomes your property to use commercially.

6. Data Sources

Keyword, SERP, backlink, and traffic data is sourced from third-party providers including DataForSEO and proprietary partners. We make no warranty about absolute accuracy — directionally accurate metrics are guaranteed.

7. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We are not liable for outages caused by upstream providers (Stripe, MongoDB Atlas, AWS, DataForSEO).

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall outrank.so, its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue or data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved in King County, WA courts.

11. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
